TopWraps, www.topwraps.com, is a subsidiary company of New World Print, (www.newworldprint.com), located in Cloverdale, B.C.

We are one of the largest car and van wrap companies in Western Canada. TopWraps looks after all in-house creative concepts, the preparation of final print ready files, the printing of those files and the installation of print graphics at both their Cloverdale facility and registered installers across Canada.

This position requires an exceptional unique individual. It requires an experienced CSR to coordinate and liaison a broad spectrum of new accounts with the numerous services we offer. Previous industry experience would certainly be an asset.

Job Description, Required Skills

Minimum High School education/diploma.

Previous customer service experience.  A call center background would be an asset. Must have an excellent command of English language.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; active listening skills to provide service to external and internal customers by telephone, by correspondence or in person.

Act on client concerns, develop and implement changes within TopWraps' infrastructure with the end client. Initiate, receive and satisfies inquiries or complaints by telephone, in person or by correspondence regarding all design, print and installation services.

A demonstrated computer literacy and experience in both Microsoft Office and Maximizer. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and In Design and the ability to learn customer service software applications would be an asset. Must be able to work independently and meet inherent deadlines within a team environment. 

A proactive problem Solver, seeks to understand the problem first; gathers and analyzes all pertinent information in making a decision; develops creative solutions to resolve problems and challenges self and others to come up with improved ways of doing things.

Dependability, reliable and counted on to get things done.  Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.

Inputs, updates and verifies various data bases and programs related to the job's numerous functions; compiles and summarizes reports that are related to the high level of functions inherent in the position.

Develop a client appreciation strategy. Acts as a liaison with other departments both internally and externally with regards to billing issues, customer inquiries etc.
